As a result, we provide legal specific tools, such as document management integration, legal research integration, and other tools which are necessary for law firms to leverage all of the benefits of a digital system. We pioneered document management integration in our first product five years ago, and our integration remains the only true integration in the marketplace. Our sole focus on law firms and lawyers assures them that all of the development in our products will benefit them, not a competing market such as healthcare. Our management has over 20 years experience developing, selling, integrating, and installing software, including digital dictation systems and document management systems, in law firms from Global 100 and AmLaw 100 in size to small firms of 10 or fewer users, in single locations and multiple offices spread across the globe. Our team has over 14 years of combined experience designing, developing, installing and supporting digital dictation systems with thousands of users in the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. Our management includes people with backgrounds managing law firms heavily utilizing dictation systems for over 30 years, as well as experience working for one of the largest firms in the world. We have well over 50 years of combined experience in law firm Information Services management, business process automation, computer business systems design, engineering, and administration. Our software developers, architects, and engineers have developed applications that run in Global 100 and AmLaw 100 firms with thousands of satisfied users. They have also performed installation, integration, and application development of document management systems, and developed applications extending the functionality of these systems, for such entities as America Online, NASD, Astro Zeneca, The United States Army, and the United States Department of Justice, and have worked in the IT departments of such global companies as Reuters. Verdatum has an installed base in 3 countries, serving AmLaw 100 firms, mid-size regional firms, and firms with as few as 5 attorneys.
